All SALES ARE FINAL ON PRODUCTS MARKED ON SALE.
Product being returned must have at least 50% left in the original container and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Your satisfaction is important to us. We will accept returns only if the product was purchased directly from our FillerinaUSA.com website or the 1-800#, and that the product being returned was purchased in the past 30 days. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. Returned products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- All returns/exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase, 14 days for BB Creams. Obtain a return authorization number (REF#) via telephone by calling 1.844.267.6560, Monday through Friday, 9AM – 8PM (EST), or e-mail us at clientservices@FillerinaUSA.com with the following information: first name, last name, web order number or sales order number, product to be returned and reason for return.
- Pack the product (s) in the original packaging and include any promotional item that may have been included, such as a gift with purchase, etc.
- Include, the REF#, copy of the sales order and return form.
- Mail the return within 2 weeks from receipt of the return authorization number (REF #) to:

Shipping charges are at the customer’s expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend to choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
- Allow 2 weeks for the return to be processed.
RETURN POLICY
- All returns are subject to inspection. We cannot accept returns on over half used or empty products.
- In the event that a gift with purchase was included with the order, please send back the gift with purchase item along with the returned item. Note: We will not refund regular goods unless the gift with purchase is returned to us as well.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and products specified on the website as non-refundable cannot be returned.
- If you paid with a giftcard and credit card, the giftcard will first be refunded, then your credit card will be refunded
- Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a return authorization number (REF#) cannot be accepted.
- Returned products that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense or destroyed by FillerinaUSA upon request.

- Kindly return merchandise purchased in a department store to the original purchase locations where the individual retailer return policies apply.
- please contact customer service to cancel or change an order that is in pending status. We regret that we are unable to cancel an order that is in processing status.
